In Return of the Prodigal Genius, Ray brings to light Nikola Tesla's secret passion, hidden in key phrases of his autobiography and revealing the essence of the consummate inventor's gift. Reviewed by David Thomson III, Tesla scholar and author of Secrets of the Aether:
Angelyn succeeds in capturing a new venue (for me, anyway) for story telling, which has its roots in Nikola Tesla's autobiography.
Angelyn is a real-life licensed clinical social worker, and at the request of a real friend has taken the historical Nikola Tesla as one of her clients. Ray intuitively uses Tesla's personality as a vehicle for sharing her own wealth of wisdom.
As someone who has read all of Tesla's available scientific and personal writings, I enjoyed Angelyn's delightful use of literary license to tell this unique and meaningful story.
This book will make a nice gift for several of the women in my life... It is one of those books I will keep by my bed and reread a few pages before going to sleep.
"Captivating, deep, and novel but understandable." Ben G. Brown, MSW.
