I believe it was an expression of the letdown following the stupendous intimacy that is experienced when two bodies are literally one, as happens during pregnancy. Returning, after the birth, to the separated condition we are in, except during pregnancy, the depression results. Identifying it as caused by the return to a separated state can help in the adjustment. The natural cures can help, and I am glad you've found one that works for you.

Sara comments on Depression's natural antidote

After having my baby 3 weeks ago I have found that i am suffering from very bad depression. I felt as if every page was
written with me in mind. There was not an entry that I
couldn't relate to in a very deep way.
I very much recommend this book to everyone that is
searching for deeper meanings.
I found that to read it straight through is a wonderfull
way to approach this book, but there is,also, another way.
Close your eye's,clear your mind and ask to be given
a page that is for you right at that moment. Open your
eye's and open the book to any page. Read what is for
you there on the page.
This is a real work of inspiration and hope.

Earthwitch comments on Creatorhood vs. Ignorance

Very thought provoking! The mirror that reflects our perception of self definitely reflects the lie of the creature. When the mountain crumbles (our ignorance), we will see our true identity, our Creator image. Interesting reflection!
